Learn step by step how passpoints works.
Step 1: Choose package and register.
Choose the plan that suits you. Three service packages are available for you to choose from. These can be flexibly adjusted or cancelled at any time. According to your individual requirements and needs.
Step 2: Design pass and customize content.
Design your own pass with individual design including your company logo and all relevant information about your business (address, opening hours, bonus tiers). Through the intuitive guidance of the tool, this is child's play and takes only a few minutes.
Step 3: Distribute pass to your customers.
To distribute your new pass to your customers, we have designed a display stand for you. This is available for free download. Furthermore, we create a website for your pass, which you can share on social networks. The customer simply scans a QR code with Passbook/Passwallet using their smartphone.
Step 4: Monitor your pass's success.
Our statistics show you the activity and number of passes already distributed. This way, you always know how many passes are in circulation and how many customers you can reach by sending a push notification. The effectiveness of marketing measures distributed in this way can also be evaluated quickly and easily.
Step 5: Use the direct connection to the customer
Once the pass is stored on your customers' smartphones, you can inform them about current promotions, changed opening hours, or new products at any time with just one click via push notification.
